1) In the event of more than one person picking winning teams throughout the complete length of the pool, then the total pot will be split equally between the winning parties.

2) All decisions and adjudications of Suicide Sports Pools are final.

3) Participation in Suicide Sports Pools are open to anyone (worldwide) over the age of 18.

4) Payment for participation must be received prior to opening day of the upcoming season to EACH relevant pool.

5) Weekly picks must be made in time, as laid out on the entry picks page for each pool.

6) In the case of Football (soccer) Pools, to proceed to the next week, the team you selected MUST win. A Draw (tie) is equal to a loss.

7) In the event of a game being cancelled or postponed due to weather etc (either prior to kick off or during the game), then the participant will be given a bye to the following the week. The team they chose however will not be eligible for future picks (as they will be treated as if they had won)

8) Please check your e-mail to make sure you get an e-mail from SSP confirming your pick has been made. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you must send a query to admin@suicidesportspools.co.uk, (prior to the selection deadline). notifying us that you are having issues.

9) Failure to make a selection will disqualify you from the rest of relevant pool.

10) The total pot is entirely dependent on the number of participants.

11) Winners agree to have their likeness used for promotional purposes by Suicide Sports Pools
