A Suicide Sports Pool is an elimination competition wherein a given team may only be chosen once.

With a correct pick (i.e. your team wins), the participant (you) lives to fight on in another week - with a loss, of course, you're out.

So week one you will have the full league to pick your winning team from.

Assuming your team wins, next week you can pick any other team still left.

As the weeks go on, picking a winning team becomes harder, with less teams eligible for your pick.
